Phil's the singer in Get Killed. He is also one of the only things about Thayer Street in Providence that hasn't gotten infinitely worse over the years. Additionally, he's very friendly.

He made the list because, although we don't always agree with his choice of hairstyles, he always looks really good. And Get Killed are one of the best bands in town, and that's coming from a couple of namby-pambys who don't actually listen to really loud music (our forthcoming EP notwithstanding).
