Marc Jacobs sure knows how to dress girls in gray, and it's made him wildly popular. His spring show, which featured the Penn State Marching Band, brought to mind one of his early shows, like that whole grunge thing he did. He's not exactly our cup of tea, but the kids seem to dig it.

He made the list because clothes are important and the Fall '07 Cloak collection disappointed.
